In the current research, active targeting of Rhenium (IV) Oxide (ReO2), Trioxide (ReO3) and (VII) (Re2O7) nanoparticles as cancer therapeutics swell–up to kill cells under synchrotron synchrocyclotron radiations is investigated. The calculation thickness optical constants produced using sol–gel method over glassy medium through a single reflection spectrum presented. To obtain an appropriate fit for spectrum, classic Drude–Lorentz model parametric di–electric function used. best fitting parameters are determined simulate Lovenberg–Marquardt optimization method. simulated reflectivity from derived in good agreement with experimental results.
